Year 9 and 10 Internal Exams
The end of year exams for Year 9 and Year 10 students were held during week 8 of the Trinity Term. All students had a review week before allowing them to review their learning in class as well as discuss exam technique with their teachers.
The Year 9 exams ran for one week and the Year 10 exams ran for 7 days. Ms Hobkinson, the Head of Main School worked closely with Mr Andrews, the Assistant Exams Officer in order to ensure that students were made aware of the current protocols and expectations of externally assessed exams.
Students then had their exam results and scripts returned to them during the following week and were given the opportunity to reflect on their performance and identify targets to help them improve as their look forward to their next exams. It was lovely to see that all the students complied well with the expectations.
