This Year’s World Book Day was based around the action words Create, Imagine, Discover, Explore, Experience and Share.  St Andrew’s Prep School joined together with many other schools around the globe to celebrate a love of reading!

 
Following on from the fantastic science ‘Planetarium Experience’ in February, our theme was SPACE and pupils embraced this whole heartedly. They displayed their imagination and creativity with outfits including planets, stars, astronauts, characters from sci-fi movies, aliens and super heroes! Many of the teachers also dressed up, much to the pupils delight.
 
The exciting event involved, book hunts, story-telling, competitions, book-related films and much more.
