On 20th May, twenty students from the St Andrew’s Senior School A and B Rugby teams traveled to Braeburn Garden Estate in Nairobi for the Under 15 Rugby Tournament.

 
The Turi A team was undefeated in the pool stages only to be knocked out by a strong ISK team in the quarter final.
 
The B team finished as the best third place finisher after a good showing in the pool stages. The Turi B team then went on to make an excellent performance against Braeburn Gitanga Road and progressed to the Semi Final. Despite a very well played game however, they also lost to ISK.
 
Braeburn’s headmaster was so pleased with Turi’s sportsmanship that he sent a message to the Senior School headmaster, Mr Boulle. He congratulated the Turi team for their excellent conduct throughout the tournament. Both teams are excited to play again at next year’s tournament.
