With the start of the 2018-19 academic year we are excited to introduce a new KS3 curriculum for our incoming Year 7 students. The new curriculum will contain more enquiry and investigative skills thus allowing our students to explore and discover the wonders of Science. This new curriculum will give the students a broader range of knowledge across the three Sciences as well as a larger range of skills.

 
The academic rigour will increase due to students having practical as well as written assessments. Every half-term the students will conduct an assessment which will contribute to their merit score at the end of the year. This new curriculum will result in the students becoming more inquisitive, enquiry-driven Scientists by the end of Year 8.
