On 25th March, fourteen Year 10 students from the Senior School President’s Award scheme made a memorable Expedition to Kerio Valley in Iten. The expedition presented them with ample opportunity to hone their navigation and camping skills.

During the adventurous journey students practiced their hiking and camping skills. It was very demanding but the students survived and learnt a lot from the experience. One student commented that the challenge helped the group build their endurance, patience and other useful life skills. Mr Njoroge, the Senior School’s President’s Award Co-ordinator was pleased with the students’ efforts during the two day expedition that prepares them for the Scheme’s Bronze Award.
