Leadership at the Prep School has returned to the start of its cycle, with the pupils having had the chance to study all seven of our principles once this term.  Each principle is much deeper than just one statement though, so as we re-visit each principle, the pupils are looking at a different aspect of that principle which helps to build leadership qualities.

So far in the second cycle, we have looked at identifying responsibilities, making the most of the time we have available and doing the right thing. All of these are crucial skills in being leaders and our pupils have thoroughly enjoyed getting to grips with them. Next week we are tackling the idea of trying to make others happy; something we hope all our pupils staff and parents aspire to.
