Enrich in its new form

On 30th September, all scholars: academic, sports, music, drama and art as well as those nominated by staff members, joined together for the launch of Enrich in its new form.

As a school we want to recognise the talents of all disciplines, not just academic, and so have introduced this new approach to Enrich.
We started with drinks in the library where all students were given their Enrich’ Passport’ for the year. This asked them questions relating to their strengths as well as challenging them to set goals for the year. We then went for dinner in the Dining Hall.
Following that the students split into two; some went to the Super Science Sunday talk by Mr Martyn entitled ‘ The science of everything’, whilst others went to a talk by Mr Buckler on Art through the ages. There was a great atmosphere throughout the evening.
The next Enrich event is a student led evening where selected students will either perform or give a talk on a subject that interests them. It was great to see all the scholars from the different disciplines join together and appreciate one another’s’ talents.
