A Board of Governors comprising up to 15 Board Members manages St. Andrew's School. Board meetings, held five times a year, are chaired by the Chairman of the Board and attended by both the Preparatory and the Senior School Headmasters as well as the Bursar. The Board of Governors upholds the school's ethos statement, develops long-term plans, determines fees and expenditure and monitors the standards of education provided by the School. The Board works closely with the Senior Management Team in ensuring that the School's aims and reputation are well-known and promoted in the public arena.
